The Venue
The Main Room is where your special event takes place. The venue is described as refined farmhouse that includes wood inspired floors and a wooden planked ceiling. Padded fabric walls add a soft accent while achieving pristine acoustical sound. Two locations of handcrafted barn doors, one leading to the patio, the other to a buffet room, adds a rustic touch in contrast to the fabric walls. A custom chic chandelier is the focal point displaying the craftsmanship and intentionality used to build the venue.
Outdoor Patio
Extend the party through custom barn doors from the Main Room to our private outdoor patio.
Surrounded by a hilly tree side you and your guests can enjoy the sound of the water fountain and the glow of the fire wall.
Bridal Suite
Our charming bridal suite is a private area accessed separate from the guests, where the bridal party can get glam for the big event. Included in our suite is a small kitchenette, three vanity seats and full length mirror offered for the full day wedding package.

We are located in Pegram, Tennessee, 12 miles west of downtown Nashville and only 5 miles from hotels, shops, restaurants and the Ford Ice Center. The surrounding area offers scenic state parks and canoeing on the historic Harpeth River. When you book an event at Rutledge West, worrying about parking and traffic isn't an issue. Although our venue is outside the city, Rutledge West still embodies upscale taste and style in a charming chic way.
